Stir Up Sunday: make your own historic Christmas Pudding

Make your own Christmas Pudding in a pudding cloth from an Eliza Acton recipe – cook along with Paul and make a wish, or just watch.
History of Christmas customs, feasting and food
Three one-hour classes on: Thursday 7th December 2023, Thursday 14th December 2023, Thursday 21st December 2023. Each class is from 7-8pm, Greenwich Mean Time. A recording of the class is sent out the day after the class.

Mince Pies on Christmas Eve
